Refund policy

At Closet Affair By Priyanka Ahuja, we follow a friendly, transparent policy to keep your shopping stress-free. We proudly offer a 100% Buyer Protection Program and stand by you before and after your purchase. Please review the terms below before placing an order.

General Terms

  • All sale items, discounted purchases, and orders using coupons or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

  • Please check the size chart carefully before ordering sale items.

  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags & packaging intact are eligible for size exchange.

  • An unedited opening video of the parcel (from first cut to product reveal) is mandatory for any size exchange or damaged/wrong delivery claim.

Size Exchange

  • For size issues, email us at closetaffairbypriyankahuja@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83680 00652 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If reverse pickup is available for your PIN code, we’ll arrange pickup from the delivery address.

  • Reverse pickup charges: ₹250 (paid by the customer).

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, please self-ship the item (mention your name & mobile number on the parcel).

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

  • If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note (valid for 45 days).

Returns

  • We do not accept returns once a product is sold.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at closetaffairbypriyankahuja@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 83680 00652.

  • We will replace the product using the fastest possible courier.

  • Every item passes through 3 layers of quality checks before dispatch; the process is recorded for reference. If there’s an issue, we’ll resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders: Not eligible for cancellation.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp +91 83680 00652 or email.

Important Notes

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if:

    • You don’t like the material, colour, or style (please read product details & view all photos before purchasing).

    • The product is washed, worn, altered, or Free Size.

    • The item is from the SALE section.

  • A 10–12% colour variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting; this is not considered a defect.

  • Many products are handcrafted, so minor variations in colour, finish, or texture are natural.
